The second form of Maa durga is Goddess Brahmacharini. She is depicted as pious women or Sannyasin, who mediates and likes simplicity. Maa Brahmacharini is depicted as walking bare feet in jungle. She is in form of a sanyasini hence She carries Jap Mala in the right hand and Kamandal in the left hand. Her most adorned ornament is Rudraksha.
